Going nuts with my podcast

I know that Macs are supposed to be so wonderful, but they're so tied to their own software, and the whole system is so inflexible that it's driving me nuts. I like a lot of features about iWeb, and that's how I'd been putting my podcasts on iTunes, but when I tried to migrate my homepage over, too, since I'm now paying TWO hosts every year and really need to start saving money, iWeb erased my whole podcast. So now I'm starting from scratch--only somehow iTunes erased the description of the podcast now, and I don't know how to change it back. Oh, well. I guess I'll have to stick with my old host for another year.

  1. Your work is much appreciated, Laura. iTunes was displaying the podcast as a video. Couldn't figure that out; but upon completion all was well and it was the audio of "Where the Boids Are". Most entertaining.

  2. Thanks. "Where the Boids Are" was probably the funnest thing I've ever recorded--my son, who's very shy, made a splendid narrator, and my friends Karen and John, and my husband Russ (also very shy) and I recorded it in Karen and John's living room and had to do a lot of takes because we kept laughing. I don't know how many times Karen had to say, "Is that a woodpecker, or are you happy to see me?" and "I love that spotting scope of yours. It's sooooooo long!"

  3. Thank you for your post! Since switching to an iMac last year I have been thinking about iWeb, but now will direct my attention elsewhere.
